What do I wear?

Salsa dancers are friendly and informal, so just wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Remember, salsa is energetic, so don’t wear anything that you will get too hot in.

Shoes should be light and flexible, with a reasonably slippery sole and for women, a small heel is ideal. Avoid flip-flops, trainers, loose-fitting sandals and high leather boots (your feel will get too hot).
